Cancelling Individual Classes

Individual classes can be cancelled and reinstated.

WARNING: Cancelling a class will remove all previous recorded attendance.

This performs several functions:

Cancelled classes cannot have attendance recorded against them

Cancelled classes are not included in hourly rental calculations

Cancelled classes are visibly different allowing quicker recognition.

To cancel a particular Class, right-click on the class title in the Attendance Window and select Cancel this Class... from the popup menu.

The Class Cancellation dialog is shown and you have the opportunity to enter a reason for the cancellation.

The cancellation takes effect when you click the OK button. Note that this action will automatically remove any previously recorded attendance from that class. And reinstating the class will not automatically reinsert those attendances.
