The Contact Details Tab on the Student Details Window provides a facility to store student contact information.
Fields on this tab can be made Mandatory and/or Requested.
This tab also contains the Scheduled and Completed call fields.
These fields are used to schedule up to 3 follow up calls for new members. These can be automatically set to 2, 4 and 6 weeks after the date of enrolment on the previous tab until you save the student with an enrolment date (if you set the Autocalculate Calls 1,2,3... checkbox on the Options Dialog), or you can manually set the dates on this window.
If you clear the Autocalculate Calls 1,2,3... checkbox on the Options Dialog, then these dates will not be autopopulated.
