Credits and Refunds

In Martial Class™, it is possible to "retain credit" for students.

This means that when a student overpays for an item, or pays ahead (for the next month's fees - for example), you can record this amount as "retained credit".

The Student Browser Window provides at-a-glance information on student amopunts owing or in credit, as well as a list of outstanding payents and order items to be filled.
