If you are only changing the format of the report, you can reopen the report in the Crystal design program and make the modifications.
If however, you want to change the fields selected out of Martial Class™, you will need to do the following.
1. make the field changes in Martial Class™.
2. export a new design database preferrably over the one you used to build the report, otherwise just save it to disk and remember the location.
3. reopen the Report in Crystal.
4. If you saved the exported design database to a new or different location, you will need to select
Set Datasource Location in Crystal and Update the db source. Otherwise, you can simply choose Verify Database.
Then, once you save your changes, the new report format will take effect.
