Countdown agreements are handled in Martial Class™ by setting the student up with a per-lesson or hourly fee, calculating the total cost for the number of lessons or hours to be purchased and Creating a transaction for that amount.
Initially, the student will be shown as in credit, and with each class attendance the credit will drop.
These fees can be written off against the classes at any time by opening a new transaction window which will automatically assign credit against class fees. Clicking OK assigns the payment.
