A floor fee, or per lesson fee, is set up as follows in the Fee Editor Window.
To autocharge this fee to people when they attend a lesson, you need to either:
1.
attach it to the class, or
2.
attach it to the student.
Attaching a fee to a class
To attach the fee to a class, open the Class Time Editor Window for the class and select the fee in the Class Fee field.
Applying the fee in this fashion should be used if the fee is specific to the class, such as a when you have a $5 floor fee for class attendance at that class,
but may have a $3 fee for other class.
There can only be one fee directly attached to a class.
Attaching a fee to a student
To attach the fee to a student, it needs to be part of a package. See the Packages Tab interface description for more information on how to achieve this.
Applying the fee in this fashion should be used if the fee is specific to the person. For example, if adults pay $5 per class and Children pay $3 per class, then you would not attach the fee to a class, but to a student (via a package).
