Step 3: Creating / Editing the Report

To build your Crystal Report, you will need a design database. To create a design database, use the button to export some sample data into a report design database on disk.

This report design database will contain one table for each Data Extract you have defined, along with three additional standard tables:

1.   Pictures - This table contains the pictures defined in the Options dialog (use these for your organisation logos, additional logos, or signature blocks, etc).

2.   Art - This table contains the style information from Martial Class™ (Art name and Logo for all arts in the system).

Info - This table contains system usage export tags and can be safely ignored in your reporting.
