Martial Class™ uses the concept of Packages to group together fees that apply to certain classes of members or to events.
Packages
A Package can contain several Fees. Packages are managed through the Packages and Discounts Window, Fees are managed via a Fee Editor Window.
Fees
A Fee can be configured to occur on a cetain event or schedule. For instance a "one off" fee will occur at the time the package is invoked.
A "Monthly" fee will occur for each month that the Fee is active, and is triggered.
For example. A package may be defined as "New Membership - Adult" and could contain a "one off" membership fee and a "Monthly training fee" that is triggered for each calendar month that the student attends a class.
Alternately, the "Monthly Training Fee" can be Scheduled for payment each month (regardless of whether they turn up to train or not), see Scheduling Fees and Payments for an explanation of this feature.
Martial Class™ handles scheduled billing of yearly or monthly fees for active students, as well as billing-on-demand.
