The General Tab on the Options Dialog is where you set up:

·Your organisation name (used for the splash screen and reporting),  
·The default person to log in as (if no login has been setup for individual users),  
·expiry age for Photos,  
·Call autoscheduling (for marketing),  
·and allows you to Configure Styles and Belts.  


Call Autoscheduling

There are fields on the Contact Details Tab of the Student Details Window for each student that allow you to set up to 3 Marketing/Followup calls to be tracked.

When you select the Auto Schedule Calls 1, 2, and 3 checkbox, these fields will be filled automatically when you set a students Date Joined value.
