The Grades Tab on the Student Details Window shows a level-attainment history for the student.
In this tab, you can list a student against an event and update their grade for that event (as you can using the Events Window). In this window you add an event by double clicking the event in the list on the left.
Each event may only be listed once.
Unique to this tab though, is the ability to list dated promotions for students without linking them to an event. To do this, simply:
1.
click the Today button (or double-click an event in the list on the left), then
2.
double-click and edit the "When" information for that promotion.
You will notice the "Event" information for that promotion is removed.
