Attendance Matrix

Crosstable source of students against classes for the displayed month and class.

The attendance matrix is a special case, any report containing a reference to any of these fields will be restricted to running only from the Attendance window.

Class types.

Class Time

Schedule for a specific class type.

The fields here vary depending on the schedule frequency type used to schedule the class.. Obviously, if a class is scheduled to run on the 5th of each month, then the Day field (day of the week) is not relevant.

Day	Day of the week for the class (if required)
Start Time	Starting time (Minutes after 00:00)
Duration	Minutes
Started	First possible date this class ever ran
Cancelled	Null if current, or a date after which it was no longer offered
Deleted	Null if never deleted, not null means it was deleted from the system
Point Value	Training "Value" assigned
Observes Holidays	True/False
