Martial Class™ supports multiple styles (or arts). Styles and associated Belts (or ranks) are edited using the Styles Dialog available from the Options Dialog. Double-click the style you wish to edit on the options dialog, or choose the Edit... button.
To Create a new style, follow these steps:
1) Use the Add Button on the Options Dialog to bring up the Styles Dialog.
2) enter the Style name
3) Use the + button to add new belt
4) Type a name for the belt level and double-click on the Color cell to assign a general colour for that grade (for use in reporting).
5) Double-click on the Icon Cell to choose an icon to use in the application for that grade. Some standard icons are available in the martial class install directory (C:\Program Files\Imagine IT\Martial Class\icons\belts). Extra Icon sets will be made available on the web site at http://www.MartialClass.com/downloads_icons.html as they are designed by users of Martial Class. If you design some icons for different styles, please feel free to submit them to the website for other users to download.
6) Optionally assign minimum class points, age and time in grade parameters for this grade to be recommended for promotion.
