Martial Class™ data is stored in two locations.
The Main database file is:
c:\Program Files\Imagine IT\Martial Class\data.mcd
The reports and various other bits of data are stored in folders in that same directory.
The recommended backup strategy is to take a backup of the entire C:\Program Files\Imagine IT\Martial Class directory at regular intervals. As there are many backup software packages available, you will need to consult the product literature for your particular package in order to configure it accordingly.
