The Attendance Window (F3)
Top  Previous  Next

The Attendance Window is a monthly view of activity related to a certain venue and class type.

monthly

This window also displays a summary of the number of students that trained in the month, the number that trained on the selected session and the total amount received from all students at that venue.

The toolbar buttons are:
showinactivestudents
Show all students for this venue, even those that are no longer active.
Note: This still only displays students "Assigned" to the selected venue.

collapse
Collapse all sub-tables (ie: hide all payment and order information).

For each student, a sub-list will be available if:

·they ordered new items in the selected month (or invoked fees for training),
·they made new payments in the selected month, or
·you supplied backordered items to them in that month.

So, you can really think of this window as displaying historical information for students. The Student Browser Window, on the other hand, displays current information.

document TIP: At the beginning of a month, (or when viewing months in the future), there may not be any activity recorded, so the window will not have anyone listed with checkboxes. You can force the window to display a list of the current active students for that venue by selecting the showinactivestudents Show Inactive toggle button on the menu bar. (Provided you have some students listed against that venue). Then you can click checkboxes and use the right-click menu on students as required.
