Listening Port

This sets the port that Full Contact™ should listen to for communication with Martial Class™. This communication is used for immediate transfer of scanned data.

MCD File
|
This field contains the full path of the main Martial Class™ data file. This is required to receive scanner assigment updates and to look up financial and contract data to display on the main window.

Display Details For
|
This setting denotes how many milliseconds the data and photo for a matched item will remain on the screen before being cleared. Setting this value too low will not allow enough time for members to see what they owe, etc and setting it too high will allow the next user time to read details about the person who registered before them.

Display Owing
|
This checkbox allows you to suppress or show the amount owing by the student.

Accept Sound
Reject Sound

The accept and reject sounds allow you to select different effects for Full Contact™ to play when a scanned item is found in the database, and when it is not recognised.

Unlock Password
|
The unlock password is used to exit from kiosk mode (and to prevent unauthorised changes to the unlock password). If you change this field you wil be requested to enter the old password to verify the change.
