The Funds Transfer Dialog is displayed when you click the Transfer button on an Accounts Window.
This dialog is used to move funds between tracked accounts, and in and out of Martial Class™ for other sources that you do not explicitly track in the system.
To transfer funds in or out of the system, use the External option for either the From or To fields.
