The Login Splash Screen is displayed at program start.
The Login Splash Screen will only show the login username and password fields if at least one person in the system has been set up with login permissions.
If no-one has been setup with login permissions, the system allows you straight through to the application without requiring a login.
The Organisation name on the splash screen is configured on the Options Dialog.
