The Photo Editor Window is displayed when loading, pasting or acquiring a new photo for a Student.
Photos in Martial Class™ are constrained to the following ratio of height to width:
Height = 1.2 * Width
Thus, whenever a photo is loaded, scanned or pasted into the Student Details Windows photo field and the photo is not in this ratio of the height to the width does not match this, then the photo editor is displayed to let you crop the image appropriately.
You can also bring up this photo editor by double-clicking the student picture field.
You can modify the selection (which is constrained to height = 1.2 * width), by using the mouse.
The editing buttons available are:
Rotate counter-clockwise 90°
Rotate clockwise 90°
Crop to selection
Once you have cropped the photo to correct ratio the OK button becomes enabled.
Standardising the ratio makes professional looking reports and mail merge possible as the photo will always perfectly fit the field you specify.
