The Report Preview Window

The Report Preview Window is displayed when you choose to run a report that is to be formatted using Crystal Reports (except for automated class reports, which are spooled directly to the system default printer).

From this window, you can use the Print Button clip0128 to print this report. If you hold down the key-shift key when you click the print button, you will bring up the print settings dialog allowing you to change the default printer and printer settings for this report (for your login only).

The zoom combo allows you to zoom in or out and the Record navigators allow you to move forward and backward through the pages of the report.

You can use the Export Button clip0129 to export the report to various formats. When you select this button, the Export Dialog is shown:

You can export to Disk File or MAPI (email to someone) in PDF, RPT (Crystal Reports), HTML, Excel, Word, RTF, CSV, Tab separated, Text, or XML.
