The venuetabicon-rooms Available Rooms Tab on the Venue Editor Window is used to set up the rooms that can be used for teaching at that venue. Each can have an hourly rate for rental charge calculations, the standard monthly rent expense report uses this field to determine rent owing.

The colour you specify here is used on the Planner Window to give a visual cue to each class displayed.

Rooms cannot be deleted from venues.
