Martial Class™ is a highly advanced class attendance tracking system.
It does not simply "count" attendance for a class or a day, it records each person that attends each individual class, and every day and time they attend each class.
This provides a much more accurate data set allowing you to:
1) Generate reports for tracking the success of certain class types and times/locations.
2) Provide required information for traceable, accurate billing.
You have the option of manually recording attendance (either by using a drag-and-drop or point-and-click interface), or you may decide to issue bar coded/magnetic cards, which students "swipe" on entry, or you can type in membership numbers. Martial Class™ even provides the ability to "register" alternate forms of scannable id, such as student or library cards, driver licence or credit cards (See Using Scanners for Attendance). Finally, you can print a class attendance report and manually record attendance, this information can be entered into Martial Class™ at a later time.
Whichever method(s) you choose to use, they are completely interchangeable, therefore you have the maximum capability to speed your attendance recording to track your class growth, student retention, and attrition.
Martial Class™ also supports a customisable "ratings" system for each student.
