Managing Contract Types

Contract Types are configured from the Contract Types Tab of the Packages, Discounts, and Contract Types Window.
You can set up a contract to start by default on the day it is invoked, or at a date with a certain requirement to that day. ie, the previous april 1st
Each contract type must have at least one payment option. But can have many. The selection of the applicable payment method occurs at the time of contract signing.
Modifying or deleting a contract type does not effect any existing contracts. Modifying a contract type will not effect any Contract Requirements you have established. However, you will not be allowed to sign a new contract and will need to modify your contract requirements to use active contract types.
