The full retail price for a single pc licence for version 3.4 is $579 Australian dollars.

Organisations or groups wishing to purchase more than 10 licences should contact Imagine IT to discuss packages or corporate licence options.

Martial Class™ currently has no ongoing maintenance fee for standard users. Bug fixes and minor upgrades are scheduled according to priorities set by Imagine IT. Specific bugs or enhancements for certain users may be fast tracked in consultation with Imagine IT. This service may incur a fee.  (Back to Top)

Version 3.3 has introduced a new report design system that now enables Imagine IT, Martial Class™ users, and third parties to create their own reports. This new facility includes an export/import capability allowing users to easily produce "report packs" for sharing with others in their organisation, or even with others in the industry.

Our intention is that rather than forcing organisations to adopt our reports, we have provided the capability for creating your own to meet your specific requirements. If you prefer to have someone else build reports for you, then you can either contact Imagine IT or access the Reports Forum to ask for assistance from third party developers.    (Back to Top)

Deletion of historical information has been disallowed.

For example: If you delete a student, then what happens to the amounts they have paid you in the past? Or the items they have purchased? Because we link these items together, so you can track exactly who paid what and when, then deleting a student could potentially either make your records incomplete, or worse, remove historical billing and income events.

Instead, a student is never really "deleted", you can either make them inactive (if they cease training), or transfer them to another center (so they never appear for you).

Similarly, if you insert a transaction, such as a payment or new order, then to reverse it, you need to cancel the order and refund the money. This gives an accurate history of what actually occurred.    (Back to Top)
